3 Self-Care Tips For a Pandemic

1. Drink lots of water

This may seem like a no-brainer but keeping our bodies healthy is actually a very important step in self care, and keeping ourselves hydrated in the number one thing that people always forget to do. By hydrating, I don’t mean sweet beverages either, these don’t count, when I mean stay hydrated you gotta drink good old plain water. That is the hydration that your body needs. One way that can help motivate your to drink up is to use your favourite mug, this is a surefire method that works on all ages!


2. Wear a mask

I think we may have to accept that wearing a mask may be the new way of life now. One way to make this experience less boring and more fun is to get a mask with a fun design!
