Where do you ship from?

All orders are lovingly packed and shipped from Singapore, home of bubble tea, humid weather, and my chaotic little art studio.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! The Whimsical Repose ships worldwide. If you can receive mail, I can send you cute creatures.

USA Shipping Disclaimer

Due to current US import regulations, parcel shipping to the United States is temporarily unavailable.

However, flat, low-value items such as stickers and greeting cards may still be sent via untracked international letter mail.

By placing an order for letter mail shipping, you acknowledge that delivery is untracked and at the buyer’s risk.

How long does shipping take?

Local SG orders: 3–7 working days
International orders: 2–5 weeks depending on destination, if you are further away from major cities, it will take longer.
(Postal pigeons are doing their best, I promise.)

Why does shipping look higher when I order multiple product types?

Some products in my shop use different shipping profiles due to size, weight, or packaging. When items from different categories are purchased together, Shopify may automatically calculate shipping separately.

If your order ships to the same address, any excess shipping paid will be refunded after your order is packed and reviewed.

Thank you for your understanding — I always aim to charge fair shipping and will never overcharge intentionally 🩷

*Refunds for excess shipping will be processed back to the original payment method within a few business days.

Can I track my order?

Tracked shipping is available at checkout.

Untracked mail is cheaper, but comes with ✨mystery energy✨. It is a budget-friendly shipping option for flat items (e.g. stickers, cards, prints).

This method does not include tracking, delivery confirmation, or insurance. Once shipped, parcels cannot be located, replaced, or refunded if lost or delayed.

Please select tracked shipping if you require proof of delivery.

Oh no I keyed in the wrong address!

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.

What if my order gets lost?

If you chose tracked shipping, I’ll help you file a claim or resend items when possible.

Untracked mail cannot be replaced once shipped. Once shipped, I am unable to track, replace, or refund untracked parcels that go missing.

Do you accept returns or refunds?

Due to the nature of small-batch indie products, I generally don’t accept returns.
But if something arrives damaged, email me within 7 days — I’ll make it right.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Product Care

How do I care for acrylic keychains?

Treat them like a tiny piece of art:
– avoid sharp surfaces
– don’t let them wrestle with rough keys
– wipe gently if they get dirty

Are your stickers waterproof?

Yes! They’re waterproof, weather-resistant, and emotionally supportive. Slap them on laptops, bottles, journals — they can handle it.

Do your art prints fade?

Nope! They’re printed on high-quality cardstock so the colours stay vibrant. But please keep them away from direct sunlight, sun rays are an art print's ultimate nemesis.

Can I put the pouches in the washing machine?

Yes, but put them in laundry bag and gentle wash recommended. Air dry only.

Do you accept commissions?

Occasionally! It depends on workload and project fit.
