How To Keep Your Art Organized
I went through multiple rounds of organization before I finally settled on one of my favourite ways to store all my finished artwork. I now use a A4 size clear sleeve folder.
I do a large scale organization every 6 months or so of my existing artwork and file the ones I like into the folder. The rest I chuck them into a basket to reuse the back for practice, and sometimes I pick out some to keep as a reference for old work. This is so I can do a before/after comparison if I paint the same subject.
Sometimes I work on paper sizes that do not fit into the A4 size clear folder, in such instances I just store them in a plastic sleeve for the time being until I can find a bigger file/folder for it. That’s it! Easy peasy.
