📦 SHIPPING POLICY

🩷 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed during launches, sales, or festive periods may take slightly longer — thank you for your patience while I pack your cuties with care.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email.


🌍 Shipping Locations

The Whimsical Repose ships from Singapore and delivers worldwide.

Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

United States Orders
Due to current US import regulations, parcel shipping to the United States is temporarily unavailable.

Customers may still purchase flat, low-value items (such as stickers and cards) via untracked letter mail. This shipping method is not eligible for replacement or refund if lost.


🚚 Shipping Methods

I currently offer:

  • Untracked mail (budget-friendly, no tracking)

  • Tracked shipping (recommended for peace of mind)

Shipping options available to you will be shown at checkout.


⏳ Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

Singapore:
3–7 business days

International:
2–5 weeks depending on destination

Please note that international orders may experience delays outside of my control.


📬 Lost or Missing Parcels

Untracked Shipping

Untracked orders are shipped at the buyer’s risk.
Once shipped, I am unable to track, replace, or refund untracked parcels that go missing.

Tracked Shipping

If you selected tracked shipping and your parcel appears lost, please contact me and I’ll assist with filing a claim or arranging a replacement where possible.


🏠 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be replaced or refunded.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.


🧾 Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your local authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.


💔 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

I’ll do my best to make it right.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of small-batch, handmade, and limited-edition items, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements are only offered for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
